Positive: Great location near 2 subways. Lots of restaurants near by, especially liked the Nice Matin next door. The staff was very friendly and always happy to help.

Positive: Lucerne is cozy and located in my favorite NYC neighborhood. Staff is courteous and professional. It's close to the park and surrounded by great places to eat and shop. Close enough to the theaters that it's easy to take in a show. Love this place.

Negative: The room smelled like mildew and was horrible for our allergies. Our eyes were swollen and our sinuses were messed up every morning. I asked for an air purifier and they didn’t have that or a dehumidifier. They didn’t offer to change rooms.
