Positive: Amazingly located. Quiet despite being in the heart of old town. Super lovely hosts and really went above and beyond to make our stay special. The pool and garden area was gorgeous and the breakfasts delicious and plentiful. Definitely would return.

Positive: The garden is very cute and the location is very central in the old town.
Negative: I'm not sure why it has such a high rating. We stayed in room 1 (Standard Double Room) and it was incredibly loud. It felt like we're in the corridor (where the reception is and people come and go and talk all the time) and we could hear everyone talking, walking, etc. Zero sound isolation - it was like we're only separated only by a curtain. Also sound from outside was very loud. We couldn't fall asleep until about 2am because of the noise around the hotel. There was mould in the bathroom above the shower. The room was tiny, which they warn you about and they can't do anything about. But it's still very small, two people can't swap places without climbing on top of the bed. Not suitable at all if you have 2 big suitcases, there would be no place in the room to open them. The breakfast starts at 8:30am. We needed to leave at 7:30am, so we couldn't enjoy the praised breakfast - we got a lunch box with 4 tiny sandwiches. Tasty, but definitely not impressive and very small.
