Positive: Rooftop pool & location - right on the beach. The self-service buffet breakfast was very good and it was so lovely to sit outside overlooking the beach and sea! Ordered fresh orange juice and special coffees, was an added bonus. The owners were so attentive and helpful and even took us to the station in Rimini when we left. They really couldn't have done any more to make us feel welcome.

Negative: Nothing. I suspect the rooftop pool would be unbearably hot in July & August but was quiet and perfect in June.

Positive: The hospitality of the host Davide and his family was second to none. They made us feel like we were part of the family and couldn't do enough to help us and ensure that we were comfortable and looked after. The location was superb with easy to use rail, bus and coach links enabling us to explore San Marino, Ravenna and Bologna we well as the local area of Rimini. We stayed in the room with the large terrace 'Fantasia' and had access to sun loungers, hammock, table and chairs and a smart TV inside the room, which was tastefully decorated. The room overlooked the sea and coastline.

Negative: Everything was perfect

Summary: A relaxing and enjoyable break made the more so due to the hospitality of the owners

Positive: We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this intimate, well-run, exceptionally clean, and friendly hotel. Their complimentary breakfasts are made-to-order and delicious, and their ocean-front location is second to none. Most of all, we appreciated the staff — their kindness, attention to personal service, and making us feel a part of their family made our stay a joy. We are already planning our return visit! (P.S. the gelato shop across the street is fantastic!)

Positive: The hotel was amazing, incredibly clean, well maintained, the pool is really nice. But above all the staff is amazing and the reason we will most likely return with great pleasure. Bebe and the rest of the staff made us feel super comfortable, attended every need and answered all of our questions with great knowledge. It felt like staying at an old friend's house.

Summary: It felt like we were staying with friends. Everyone made us feel so comfortable and like home.

Location: The hotel impresses with its direct beachfront location. It's incredibly pleasant to just take a few steps to be on the beach. The view of the sea is breathtaking, and the location allows for numerous activities in the surrounding area. Rooms: The rooms are not only extremely comfortable but also immaculately clean. The decor is modern yet cozy, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Facilities and Service: An absolute highlight is the rooftop terrace, which offers a fantastic view of the sea.
