Positive: It was cleaner than any other place we saw in India, very comfortable and bed, big beautiful room and bathroom, ayurvedic products in the bathroom, good breakfast and restaurant, clean and nice rooftop pool, good gym. The location is perfect if you want to stay out of the busy area, which was our case. It was a much needed experience of calmness, cleanliness and comfort!

Negative: The location is not ideal if you want to be close by the river, you need to take +/-15 min tuktuk ride to get to the areas of interest, but if you want to stay in a calm neighborhood out of the chaos, it’s definitely the best location! It was pricy for our budget but definitely a well worth luxury experience.

Summary: By far the best hotel we’ve stayed in India

Positive: Easy access from the airport , staff were friendly and accommodating, helpful. Food was great and had a mixture of tasty food. The Dosa chef was great and he was very popular. Service was great.

Negative: The outside pavement was damaged but was not fixed and one of the clients fell over and hurt herself. We did report it . Wifi was not working sometimes and had to go down to get a new wifi number.

Summary: Very comfortable, staff were helpful, rooms were clean and clean regularly. Food was great. Could not ask for more.
