Positive: Location, OK breakfast, pools were very nice, towels for this were supplied. The Mar restaurant is very good.
Negative: We were in a ‘garden room ’ view…which is what we booked. Actually it views the parking lot with a couple of plants from the garden up above that. Also it was above the kitchen employee area which at times was very loud. The bed was a little less confortable than the ocean view rooms where we stayed before. The breakfast could be a little better.
Summary: The personnel attending reception should be more accomodating, the kitchen staff and service was excellent ,

Positive: The size and cleanliness of the room, friendly staff, great view
Negative: Too close to the road Restaurant short of staff Bookings policy. My daughter put the wrong date ( 1 more day in the beginning of my stay) Wrote to remove that date and Booking did not allow it. I paid for an expensive stay that I did not use. I will not use Booking again.
