Positive: Very good location, situated very near the slopes which is perfect for skiing, the rooms were clean, and the on site staff were supportive and friendly during my stay
Negative: I missed the first night of my stay due to a severe snowstorm that closed the road gate from the French side, making the hotel physically inaccessible, while I understand the hotel doesn't control the weather, The hotel did not notify guests about the road closures or provide any travel guidelines. I later found out the Sant Julià (Spanish side) route was open and safe, but because the hotel provided no instructions or "best route" advice, I was left stranded. Despite the physical impossibility of reaching the property, the hotel’s management showed zero flexibility, they made no effort to offer a credit, a partial refund, or even a gesture of goodwill for the missed night Additionally, be aware that this property does not have a parking service

Positive: Great staff, very welcoming hotel, amazing room, with plenty of space and a nice bathroom. We were 3 men and put in a room with 2 singles, a double (2 singles together) and a sofa bed that we just used for watching TV. Bathroom and shower in particular were great. Ski storage in on -1 level and really easy to get to the slopes! The bar is also nice.
Negative: Shame the sauna wasn’t open but not an issue really.
Summary: Lovely hotel and can’t wait to come back

Positive: Very convenient location, close to the car park and a very handy space reserved out of the front of the hotel for drop off pick up. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Handy ski and boot lockers, very easy to walk to the slope
Negative: Unfortunately the spa was having some building works, which meant we would have to go to a different hotel to use their spa facilities, this wasn't a major issue, but if i was being picky, it was a shame for these not to be available. it didn't detract from the holiday, the place was excellent and the staff looked after us very well.
Summary: Excellent location and hotel. Sytaff very friendly, food great. fantastic breakfast and grr

Positive: New reformed rooms. Very comfortable. Personnel is amazing, rooms are great, ski lockers perfect, location is great and their bar is very nice

Positive: The refurbished rooms were to a high standard
Negative: The property advertised that the wet area would be finished by December 15th. I knew I wouldn’t be skiing with my family due to an injury so we booked this hotel so I would be able to use the sauna & spa. Facilities were still not ready December 24th and for the length of our stay.
