Negative: Poor service at breakfast. No clean tables and bad coffee, small bowl of fruit. Not set tables and searching around for glasses and cutlery - Not up to standard and definitely not worth €18.

Positive: The beds and bedding is utterly exceptional. Truly the best nights sleep I’ve ever had. Pure dreamy, lovely large bed, amazing quality of linen and excellent atmosphere.

Negative: The noisy air conditioning Should have switched it off.

Positive: Our room was excellent, having reserved the car parking in advance at a cost to see my name on a reserved space after a day's travelling in very hot conditions from Southern France was a great relief.

Negative: Breakfast was a little chaotic. Food was good but all residents seemed to converge on the breakfast room at the same time Queue for coffee machine was long and slow to deliver drinks.

Negative: No bar as such, no concierge to phone if you cannot open the gates to the property. I had to climb over them to get help so that my wife could access the hotel.
