Positive: The location is bang on and we had a beautiful view across the whole beach from our room. There are numerous bars and restaurants close by for an endless entertainment. The staff are all super friendly and will do everything possible to keep their guests happy. We will certainly be staying at Hotel Maya again if in this area again….it was a pleasant stay. Positive: The cleanliness of the hotel was extraordinary. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The staff are totally on another level of excellence. Amazing! We had a medical emergency while we were there and we were supported like family.
