Positive: I booked this place because it was marked as being near Rila Monastery, but it turned out to be much farther than expected. However, everything was very clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and welcoming, the spa was excellent, and the mountain scenery—especially with the lingering snow—was absolutely satisfying.
