Positive: It was in a good location for me while driving through. The lady who helped with breakfast was very kind and super accommodating.

Negative: I asked for dinner recommendations and was given a look like I was crazy. I didn’t realize that everything would be shut down. The lady wasn’t very friendly about it. Had I known, I would have booked a place in Kobarid

Summary: Right off the main road, easy to get to, good Mountain View’s if you pay for it.

Positive: Overall, our stay wasn’t bad, and we did enjoy some aspects of it. The breakfast was good, and arriving late was no issue at all, which we really appreciated.

Negative: There were several things that made our experience less pleasant. When we arrived, the heating in our room wasn’t working, which was quite uncomfortable. The toilet is indeed very small and positioned unusually low. Another downside was that the wellness area required advance booking, which significantly limited when we could use it. It was particularly disappointing that on December 29th there were already no available wellness slots for the afternoons and evenings of December 31st and January 1st—especially since we chose this hotel specifically for its wellness services. Additionally, the receptionist wasn’t very helpful or friendly, which didn’t improve the situation.
