Positive: Great location, comfy beds, AC was very good, and in general the hotel is kept clean. The view from the 4th floor was amazing. The pools were clean and warm all the time. Bathroom was large and very usable. Everyone in the staff was really friendly, and I liked the fact that security, and a lifeguard were present walking around the pool and beach areas at all times.
Negative: The hotel could use a remodel, there are several parts of the buildings that show the hotel's age. The bathroom had a small window which I mistook for a vent but was an access panel for pipes, these made a whistling sound during the night. The restaurant waitress charges us $10 pesos extra to deliver fries to the pool area, not cool, but not a major problem.
Summary: Good for a quick, inexpensive weekend getaway.
