Positive: Locația e la îndemână, aproape de gară, camerele ok și paturile comfortabile.Mic dejun ok.

Negative: Personal nu foarte empatic și unele lucruri din camere. nu erau funcționale - cabina de la duș se închidea greu, sertarele stăteau să cadă, curățenia de pe o zi pe alta aproape inexistentă

Positive: The room was nice and clean with a working air-conditioning unit. The food was delicious, and the staff was amazing. For the amount we paid, we think there is more work to be done, because at the moment this hotel is just a bit below the limit.

Negative: Except cleaning everything else was lovely

Positive: The room was large and clean, which was the only real positive. Free parking

Negative: At first, the hotel seemed decent, but that quickly changed after dealing with the receptionist. She had no idea whether our room was paid for, and we had to show proof. Her attitude was cold and unhelpful. The fridge was tiny. there weren’t enough charging points for several phones at the same time Breakfast was awful. We went down early, but many items were already gone, and trays were empty. To get coffee, we had to go to reception, and the same receptionist served pre-made cold coffee. When we asked for a replacement, she reacted threateningly. There was almost nothing for the kids to drink, not even water. Leaving that hotel was a huge relief.

Positive: Everything was nice regarding the hotel room and the breakfast. The events hall was loud, however.

Negative: There is an event hall adjacent to the hotel where there are loud events like weddings etc. going on well into the night. I would not stay here again Fridays or Saturdays when such events typically take place.

Positive: Rather good breakfast (buffet choice) with good coffee. Simple and hearty food in the evening at the restaurant. Good service.

Negative: The heating stopped during night time; in late february this causes discomfort.
