Positive: Nice and professional stuff, good structure, and pleasant atmosphere. The room is nice and comfortable, with a modern bathroom. The ski room is very well placed across the street and easy to reach for a ski in and ski out day.

Positive: Very close to the lift, super convenient to ski.
Negative: The shower flooded, there was a clogged drain and it wet the room. Not great service to help the situation, weren’t compensated. They wanted to move us to another less nice room for the night, which was too complicated with all our bags and tired from skiing. In the end we just suffered the consequence and weren’t compensated.

Positive: Well located. In the right part of town. Amazing breakfast. Comfy rooms that are warm. Rainfall shower was nice too.
Negative: The ski depot is across the road which is a very minor inconvenience

Positive: Great location. Only few mins walk to ski rental, ski school and ski lifts. Near lots of restaurants.
Negative: The beds are quite old looking and not plush. The bar opposite can be quite noisy till midnight during the weekends. You have to dig your car (when parked at the open public carpark) out from the snow after a heavy snowfall, the hotel staff don’t provide assistance. Otherwise parking at their underground space is expensive and limited.
