Positive: The location is excellent, the reception is very helpful, the room is very clean.

Negative: The bathroom is very poor . Shower needs a shelf to put soap or shampoo on. Shower area and bathroom need to be modernized. Also plugs.

Positive: Unfortunately, you don't cater breakfast. The location is convenient for us, being close to Saint Peregrine Church. The room is just a good size,

Negative: As said it would be better if breakfast is being served.

Positive: The location of the hotel is quite convenient, near the central square and all the museums.

Negative: 1.Rooms are outdated 2. The personnel promised to provide me with an iron and have not. They have only one iron at the hotel!!! 3. It’s expensive for what you get.

Negative: AC is only turned on by administrator, and it was broken for the whole hotel until we started complaining, then it magically got fixed. Instead of bed sheets, we only had one bed cover. At least we had two pillows
