Positive: The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Upon arrival, the staff offered to give us a lift in the hotel shuttle to town or the subway line. This was great service!

Negative: The exterior wasn't as modern as the pictures indicated, but rooms were beautiful, clean and large!

Negative: . This hotel is at 7 km (20 min in traffic time) from the airport, has no restaurant and the shuttle is only available from 8.00 am . So for transit trips, just forget it.

Positive: We were lucky to get a Junior Suite room. Very large! Each room has its own parking 'garage' - which was very convenient. The staff was great.

Negative: I thought it had a full restaurant as we were looking for dinner prior to attending Olympic hockey game. They had room service, but with prepared food. It was ok. But - the wine was great!

Summary: Nice hotel with easy access to car park (covered space outside of room). Great staff. Nice breakfast
