Summary: Check in went well, they need more lighting for those of us hard to see types. Room was okay, comfortable but dated. Hallways were too noisy with Muzak, glad it was turned off at night. Breakfast was very good. Nice restaurant, friendly staff. I would stay again.

Summary: Our room had no AC the first night and the bathtub would fill with water while taking a shower. The breakfast buffet items were not refilled fast enough and you had to wait for them to be refilled including the coffee.

Summary: Check in and out was fine. The room was a bit hot when we got in but the AC was so loud it woke up our kids in the middle of the night. Other than that it was a fine stay.

Summary: Was overall very nice. They forgot the bathroom in renovations but the room was beautiful. The shower has absolutely NO PRESSURE & Water wasn't very hot. Internet was TERRIBLE, cut off multiple times a day and stations cut off and reloaded frequently and all we had was Roku TV; so when it cut off we had NO TV.

Summary: Arrived on Thursday, had to take a cold shower as there was no hot water. That night, pulled back the duvet and there was literally blood on the sheet!! Had to "stock" the room myself (towels and kleenex) When I explained these things to the desk I was told there was "nothing we can do since you pre-paid your stay."
