Summary: The hotel itself was clean and in a great location, but the staff was not welcoming and borderline rude. No greeting or courtesy at check-in or check-out, and they were passive-aggressive when they had the wrong information, not us. The attitude left a bad impression despite the otherwise nice hotel.
