Summary: Over all very nice spot. Room was nice and beds were very comfortable! The room was hot with no way to shut off the heater or cool it down. Also you need a code to get your key out of a box in front of the building. Not sure if we missed a message or what, but we never received a code. Thankfully there were other guests who let us use their code to retrieve our key otherwise I’m not sure if we would have gotten in that night.

Summary: Great surroundings of Picos. Hotel quit, room is clean and spacious. You dont meet any staff thats a bot strange because before booking you dont get informed about that. The app with doorcode on the other hand works well..

Summary: The room didn't have hot water when I got there. The bathroom floor was wet, and towels were like rags. The stairs were dark.
