Negative: The the sound insulation left much to be desired, bit disappointed that advertised facilities (fitnes) was not on location but a agreement with local gym.

Negative: Pillows ( as soft and fluffy as the duvet.. ) Bathroom in desperate need of refurb. It was clean but a shower curtain is out of this time.
