Summary: The staff at this hotel are fantastic this was our 14th Christmas coming to the island and the Metropole is by far our favorite.

Summary: Overall we enjoyed our stay. The room is clean and up-to-date and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is well located and seems to be managed well. It has exterior corridors and can be a bit noisy although the windows are double painted and quite good at blocking noise generally. Overall we enjoyed this hotel and would recommend it. Also, the staff was very accommodating as we needed some extra time to check out.
