Positive: Really nice hotel at the center of Bitola at the heart of the city close to the Shirak Sokak. The hotel is clean with great comfort polite staff and really nice decoration of the 60s-70s era with leather armchairs and wooden carved closets and tables. Plus it has an amazing place for breakfast and a pizza restaurant with handmade pizza with fresh ingredients cooked in a traditional stone oven
Negative: Not all rooms are accessible for people with disabilities as in most floors the elevator stops in a floor lobby where you have to use stairs to reach to your room.
Summary: Really nice hotel for a short Weekend break in the city of Bitola

Positive: Really great location in the heart of the city (on the main pedestrian street that is full of cafes, restaurants and bars). Great value, nice breakfast.
Negative: Due to location slightly difficult to find if coming by car (as we were) though plenty of parking (free for hotel guests) nearby. Whilst in good condition it is an older hotel that has an old fashioned appearance
Summary: Great location, in a really friendly city. Excellent value - would stay again!

Positive: The front door was off the Shirok sokah.
Negative: This was not a 4 star hotel. It is old and tired. The room was very small, we could only open our luggage on the bed. While the sheets were clean, the bedcover was stained and dirty. Even though there was an elevator, you had to climb stairs to every room. I would not stay here again.
Summary: Very disappointed.
