Summary: I commend their policy of having someone check the room before the guest leaves as they were able to recover something important I had left there. The only two issues I had were with the air conditioning unit - I was not able to change the temperature and the hot water was very inconsistent. All other things were satisfactory!

Summary: Great location in Miraflores, near to larcomar , so many restaurants around the area, rooms in the hotel are spacious, breakfast is included, customer service is 👌 awesome

Summary: Room was good. Could be a little more cleaner. The carpet was old . We reached 3am and the front desk didnt get the right copy of passport for me n my daughter. So they called us 4am in the morning while we went to sleep, knocked on the door and asked for passports so they can make copies. Could have waited till morning though! That was really annoying, since I had to go to the lobby with the passports. Anyway breakfast was good.

Summary: The breakfast was amazing! The room was very spacious. The carpet in the room felt dirty on our feet, but otherwise, clean.

Summary: I really like the front desk staff. My room was clean and conveniently there was a spa downstairs. Not that they have anything to do with it but there is a lot of street noise that is tough to get over and tell you finally fall asleep. The bed was comfortable the food was good.
