Summary: We had a great stay in this hotel and are returning clients. The location is peaceful. The facilities of the pool ( indoor and outdoor) are great. When it rained the indoor pool was useful. The level of service and quality of food in the restaurant was great. We brought our dog and they even had a separate quiet restaurant area for those with dogs which we used both evenings. Overall a great stay, we will return.

Summary: The pool facilities are wonderful! The hotel is located in a very picturesque quiet area. Not much around, but great scenery for walks. Rooms are clean, spacious with balconies for relaxing on. Bedrooms could benefit from a small fridge and tea making facilities. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Summary: After visiting tourist towns (Gubbio, San Sepulchro,etc) it was a pleasure to visit this hotel in the quiet countryside.It was midweek and near the end of the season so the hotel was not busy.Weekends and high season are likely to be very lively. Restaurant was pleasant and the food very acceptable.For the price we paid it was good value and family friendly.
