Positive: The view from our room on the third floor was amazing! It was cozy with a very nice bathroom, and again, the view! Even though it was chilly in the morning, we had to spend time on the balcony. The included breakfast was phenomenal along with perfect cappuccinos. We couldn't have asked for more for our first night in Italy, and would gladly stay here again!
Negative: The beds were a little too hard for us. It absolutely wouldn't prevent us from staying here again though.
Summary: Best views with an amazing breakfast.

Positive: The hotel has fantastic view, easy and comfortable parking just outside the hotel, very friendly staff, and good breakfast. The heating in the room worked well, and we had a cute balcony. We asked to light the pit fire in the beautiful yard and they did. Decor is very nice.
Negative: The shower was tiny, unfortunately it was hard for me to fit in it. We were a family and the single bed was not comfortable. There is no tea or coffee provided in the room, only a kettle. The hotel restaurant is excellent, but pay attention to the price tag that comes with it. Its not a bad thing, just to notice. Because of the nice owner and staff I think these are small comments, and I highly recommend staying there.

Positive: A fantastic hotel, the most beautiful location and stunning view, easy to find but the roads are very narrow! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom was spacious and very clean, the pool was great, and breakfast with the view of the lake was a wonderful start to the day.
Negative: My only criticism is that outside the room was very noisy, the door and window were so thin and there was a lot of noise late at night. We had earplugs and I’d recommend some if staying on the first floor!
