Positive: Everything was like what I expected. The reception gave me a water boiler when I need some hot water for drinking, which is appreciable. The rooms and beds were clean. You can easily get to the city center by train and tram. The stuff were friendly and supportive. It is recommended to put a mini-fridge in the rooms, instead of TV set.
Negative: The floor of the bathroom could be cleaner. The breakfast was not included and a bit expensive to add to the package.
Summary: Friendly stuff, close location to city center and public transportation, clean rooms

Positive: Large spotlessly clean room with private facilities and plentiful storage space. Room rate was good value for Berlin.
