Positive: Close to bus station. Allowed me to use weigh scale while waiting to check in. Allowed me to get water from kitchen before check in. Prepared me a take away lunch, since ai had to leave before breakfast started at 5:30.

Negative: Did not respond at all to messages. Did not respond to request for early check in. Refused to allow anyone to check in before 3pm. Allowed guy who arrive a half hour after me to check in before me, but still only 5 min before 3pm.

Summary: Very convenient location. I could see just the sky from my bed.

Positive: it's a western-style hotel with nice rooms. Very clean and everything working at western standards Breakfast is large and good.

Negative: the neighborhood and the ciry itself is not good / safe after sunset, even just to walk to dinner

Positive: This Hotel provided us a good sleep and good food for making our flight connections and to our trip to San Pedro de Atacama. Beyond the included breakfast, which was delicious, the hotel even provides food for purchase which provides an excellent service to those staying at the hotel.

Negative: I can’t think of anything.
