Summary: Great reception staff. Very helpful and good English language skills. Really excellent food from the hotel restaurant. Waiting staff however need some training in customer service as not very helpful or attentive. Had to go looking for the waitress several times. It was know that this was a spa hotel but its worth noting that due to the very high sulphur content in the hot water this is not suitable for people with respiratory problems such as my wife. This did cause us some discomfort. One small point though is that we felt that tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been a real benefit but otherwise this was an overall good enjoyable stay.

Summary: Overall Soviet/communist atmosphere, air conditioning (two!!! Cheap units) absolutely does not work, room remained at 24C, cheap beds, no shower only jacuzzi (!!!) with short handheld shower head, water smells like sulfur (!!!), loud noise and vibrations from wedding until 2AM. There is no sign (!!!) for the hotel at its location, where you drive by it, only on the side facing a pedestrian plaza (!!!)... so I recommend tearing down this communist construction and starting new with a new building built to European standards.
