Summary: The fact that the room was a bit old was not an issue, but there was a strong animal-like odor throughout the room. I tried to address it using an air purifier, the air conditioner, and deodorizer spray, but these measures were not very effective, and I had trouble sleeping as a result

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was very clean and nice. The folks in the front desk were very good and very helpful. Always willing to help. I like having the laundry facilities available to us and the location of the property was very centrally located we would certainly come back

Summary: It was raining when we got to the hotel, and I was immediately offered a towel to help dry off. The staff spoke English well enough to understand what I was saying without any difficulty. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and had all the amenities that we needed. Only a 10 minute walk to Sannomiya Station made seeing the town a breeze. Also Kobe beef was amazing, highly recommend it.

Summary: Everything was amazing, the only problem we were a little confused with the days so we left a day early and the staff didn’t say anything to us when we checked out. Luckily the next hotel understood our situation and gave us a room or we would have been on the street.
