Positive: The location is absolutely perfect - walking distance to all the main attractions, great restaurants nearby, and easy access to public transportation. We felt like we were right in the heart of everything without any of the noise or chaos. One of the biggest reliefs was the parking situation. No circling the block or worrying about our car - such a stress-free experience. The real standout, though, was the exceptional service, particularly from Teresa at the front desk. From the moment we checked in, she went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Her warm, professional demeanor and genuine care for guests really set this hotel apart. You can tell she truly loves what she does. The room was clean and comfortable, amenities were top-notch. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great location, convenience, and outstanding hospitality.

Positive: Comfortable, good staff, fabulous breakfast. We chose this hotel because it great parking but were very happy with the whole experience.

Positive: Lovely comfortable room. Good quality very comfortable bed and bed linen. Excellent restaurant with good choice and substantial portions.
Negative: Nothing to dislike but maybe if you have difficulty walking the short slightly uphill walk on uneven pavements to the centre might not suit you. We had no difficulty and we are 82 and 77.
Summary: Excellent all round.

Positive: Everything was just ok. Really nothing to complain about, but at the same time we didn't really enjoy our stay either and there was nothing that stood out. We stayed for 2 nights in March during a 9 day holiday around Pulgia and for some reason we can't really put our finger to this hotel just didn't stand out at all and it were our 2 least favourite nights. Reception staff was friendly, but didn't reccomend any extra activities or restaurant like every other hotel we stayed in.
Negative: Breakfast room was very unpleasant, very loud and the toaster was making a very unpleasant sound. Room was located next to a busy street and was not soundproof.
Summary: Just ok, but nothing special.
