Positive: Quiet, Clean, Restful, Confortable, nice view and hot bath on the roof floor, free parking.

Negative: Apart from the hotel restaurant, no choice around. The indoor swimming pool was out of order.

Positive: A nice comfortable bed and a spotless modern bathroom.

Negative: We arrived on Sunday and the restaurant was closed. Extremly unconvinient in such a small town. We were not impressed by swimming pool and it turned out that to use sauna there was an additional charge ($55 per person).

Negative: At the restaurant food was good but it took 1:15 minutes to get our food. Because of that we missed the sunset and we were to late to use the spa facilites. Very disapointed.

Negative: The rooftop sauna was not usable in the evening due to mosquitoes. Install a fan or two and some thermocell repellant devices, and/or citronella candles - a potential investment of only $200 - and the stay would be exactly as advertised. We chose the location for the rooftop jacuzzi so it was a bit disappointing that it wasn't really usable.

Positive: Beautiful hotel, great room, nice garden, well placed. Great stay !

Negative: Bad first impression with service / under qualified staff at the Réception. Had booked a room with balcony and garden view. But they first place me, 1st floor with a terrace, but terrasse 3’ from cars / parking view ? Went back to reception, but they said no, that it was booked without balcony and no garden view. They required for me to go get my booking papers. Which I did. Went back to the room, got my papers. But once back at the reception, they said it was not written on the booking, they blamed Booking.com for wrong booking, which meant they couldn’t do anything for me. I left the reception sad and perplexed, for I was certain of my booking. Walking back to the room, I decided to read all the paper work, and there it was, written black on white, balcony and garden view ! So I went back for the third time to the front desk, and only after making the staff read clearly what was written, did they finally agreed to change the room, according to my booking. Having better experienced staff, would avoid negative impressions, especially first impressions. On all other sides, this hotel is awesome, hence why it deserves better / more experienced and client driven, welcoming staff.
