Positive: Reviewer used and observed more than adequate kitchen, laundry service, airport shuttle and massage studio. Stayed during NYE celebration.

Negative: Guest interaction with each could have been better though that is not always a reflection of hotel staff. Tipping box was available and individual tipping was also accepted as well.

Summary: Good facility especially for those that desire to stay in Thamel for longer durations.
