Positive: Fantastic staff, polite, helpful and fun. Beach easy access as well as two pools. Area is quiet as its outskirts of Alcúdia however is within walking distance. Good food variety either in buffet, restaurant or bar area.

Positive: The location was great. Near the sea, with a great view, not to far from the center but still isolated to relax. The hotel looks renovated and is clean. The pool by the sea is great.

Negative: The water temperature in the shower was sometimes really hot or really cold without changing it.

Negative: If you want something where you can go and drink and eat out you have to walk about 15 minutes to get to the nearest place to eat .
