Summary: Room ok for one night but I wouldn’t stay longer. Cost ok. Continental breakfast included. There’s a bar on the property which has an outdoor patio and lots of people were also gathered together outside their rooms socializing. It was quite noisy but didn’t go late.

Summary: Poor customer service. Check in woman was rude and when asked about anything it appeared that you were troubling her. Sketchy people around the property. Looked like drug users.

Summary: We liked the very friendly lady at check in and the location. The place was very old and rundown. It had an unpleasant odor, it was a mix smell of disinfectant and musty. Hole in the wall. Bedspread had holes in it. Definitely would not stay there again.

Summary: The room was exceptional! There was no light in the hallway to our room and the stairs were dangerous, but they tell you to be careful on the stairs when you check in..(checker plate painted slippery with snow) ..id stay again in the suite jouvence regardless of the stairway

Summary: I chose here because I stayed here several times on visits to Ontario and back home to Nova Scotia. I paid extra for the romantic room as it featured a jet tub which I looked forward to for pain and also I was cold. The jet tub was superb. What I wasn't happy with was the TV kept saying there was a loss of connection... It was a loose wire. The Heat pump was very loud. The fireplace fan was so loud we didn't use it cause I thought it blow up. The lamp on the side table is falling apart. The curtains were broke so they tied them to the curtain rod. The blinds were broke. And on the website it said a full breakfast and it was only continental. All this and I paid over $150 for the night We just stayed at another hotel in Moncton and for $108 and it was freshly renovated mint condition room and the bed was like a cloud and they had a FULL superb breakfast.
