Summary: The breakfast, location and spa room were good. The trains do come through in the early am and later pm so rooms facing the tracks do have some noise. The spa area with sauna and steam room was nice but the Jacuzzi was not available. Overall the staff was helpful. Good selection of breakfast choices.

Summary: It's in a great location very close to the train that takes you to Zermatt. There isn't much else in the neighborhood except a few restaurants. The property is clean. The room was fine. The shower was great! Breakfast was very good. I didn't see any "spa amenities" so I can't speak to this at all.

Summary: We were here only for one night, location is good right by the tasch terminal.. we were here because we drove and parking was free here. Next time i would prefer staying in zermatt, zermatt is better option.

Summary: “We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was plentiful with a great variety of delicious options each morning. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us with arranging shuttles and transportation. Their excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.”

Summary: My daughter and me stayed here for 1 night, after travelling to Täsch on the train from Geneva Airport. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, as the Hotel had an excellent Breakfast, and all the staff were very helpful. The Hotel was also in a great location for the train to Zermatt & Visp. The only issues with the room were the lack of aminities in the room, as there was no tea or coffee making facilities, and the fact that we couldn't close the curtains properly. Apart from that, I would definetly stay at this Hotel again in the future.

Summary: The hotel receptionist was friendly and helpful, but the breakfast staff was rude and unfriendly. The windows didn’t have drapes for blackouts.
