Positive: Communication (Whatsapp) with Martin was absolutely amazing. Also, everything that is crucial was great; clean bed linnen, clean towels, safe street. It is significantly cheaper than other hotels in the city, and still very central. I have stayed worse in cheaper cities for more.
Negative: This is not a fancy experience, more like living at a privately rented property than a hotel. Also, the beds are simple, there is a slight musky smell in the building and the floor boards were creaking like crazy. There were some spots in the corners that could use some more cleaning and the door could have a mote secure lock. But, this is resonable.
