Positive: Comfortable and spacious room, very friendly and helpful staff, lovely communal areas, breakfast in a nice garden, or inside a room off the garden, surrounded by art if you prefer. Situated in a safe and central part of town. Overall a great stay.
Negative: A very minor point: the stylish bedside lamps were very bright and harsh, no lampshade, which is the style. A dimmer bulb would be gentler on the eyes.
Summary: Great place to stay in Xela. We'll be back!

Negative: They tried to charge me twice as much as the rate on Booking.com initially. When I mentioned it, they made a phone call and the rate went back to what it was oriignally.

Positive: Loved the decor, and the chill vibes. I also liked the features of the room; lots of hooks, hangers, the size of the room, the wooden floors, the window that opens up to the street, coffee and tea accessible all day, access to a refrigerator, and the free breakfast.
Negative: More hangers for clothes.

Positive: Amazing, artsy, chill place in Xela. Really good value for money. Staff was really nice and breakfast really good. We stayed in a few rooms, and some were nicer than others but overall really recommend this place.
Negative: Minor point: Recommend to hang better curtains in the two rooms in the front to keep out the light.
Summary: Really recommend to stay here in Xela.

Positive: This was the best hotel in Guatemala. I was so impressed with the wonderful staff, from front desk Ofelia, who was always ready and willing to help with anything from transportation, both public and private, to getting tours to Aliana in the kitchen to the other staff members, both in the kitchen and the cleaning ladies (who are always asking if we needed anything, towels, etc) as well as the young men fixing anything around the place. They were always cleaning everything. The place is spotless, the breakfast is excellent with various choices. They have beautiful artwork everywhere. There is coffee/tea available 24 hours. The rooms are huge. Even though the private bathroom is outside, it is also pretty big and very, very clean. There is HOT WATER (like really hot water) 24/7. It is very safe to stay here. The main central area is walking distance. There are food places right outside the hotel. It is better than a 5* hotel. GO for it!!!!

Positive: Vert clean, confortable bed An outside patio and an inside living room A choice of breakfasts included in the price. The lady who prepares breakfast is very nice and caring person. I had a 4 days restful time
Negative: Actually every thing was great. However the receptionist refused to call a taxi for me and I was chocked. When I left this morning I went to the central plaza about 500 meters to get a taxi myself
