Summary: Unfortunately had to complain on arrival about the room , was in the 5th floor ,. could not use the balcony as it was full of roosting.pigeons and covered in poo . We after much discussion given another room No tea or coffee facilities in room and paper drinking cups only.no wine glasses. No tissues in room . Thin towels. The receptionist was lacking in hospitality training, would have loved to see a smile The only good thing was the breakfast.

Summary: Room was super clean, staff was helpful, breakfast was nice and hotel is in small vine village where you can taste lots of vines from yards.

Summary: Nice hotel in a good location with a lovely spa area. However, we weren’t informed that the restaurant needed to be booked in advance, and it was fully booked for all three days of our stay — quite inconvenient since the town has limited dining options.

Summary: Hotel Munsch was cozy, welcoming and comfortable with an incredible service staff. The dining room had amazing food and we enjoyed our stay tremendously. We would definitely stay here again. And the views of the Route du Vins were outstanding! Waking up to village church bella and fog were extra special.

Summary: My wife and I chose this hotel as a stop on our tour of the Route du Vin in Alsace. Although the hotel was adequate there are much better accommodations available in the area at a far better price. We were disappointed to learn shortly after checking in, that the restaurant on site was not an option. They offered only a menu that seems more geared toward groups that are staying at the hotel. We travelled to Ribeauville for dinner, and wished we had stayed there instead.

Summary: Great balcony facing Chateau Koenigsbourg. Room was fine too. But it feels a bit dated. Like a luxury hotel for the 1950s. Breakfast was good and service excellent. Town has only a couple of restaurants and a tiny grocery store which is not perfect for people who hike from town to town like we did.
