Positive: Great value for money. Room a good size and well equiped. Nice little extras included eg toothbrush and razor. Room very quiet for city centre. Excellent breakfast for quality and choice. Nice meal in the evening but the restaurant was a little soleless. Lovely swimming pool. Well maintained.

Negative: Location easy to find but a bit of a walk to the centre on a hot day. Staff efficient but not all were particularly cheerful.

Positive: Courtyard area was lovely. Bar staff were excellent. Bed was very comfortable

Negative: Very noisy on balcony from traffic on roundabout. Hotel was not full and they did not need to give us such a noisy room. Breakfast offering was okay, but very slow to restock when things ran out. Coffee machines shockingly bad. Bathroom dated

Negative: Comfort of bed & lack of equipment in bathroom & also no water

Summary: I didn’t got a good sleep due to pillow & also in bathroom required amenities were not available .

Positive: Good parking, reasonably efficient reception, a decent room, great beds, good breakfast, and a well organised outside patio and pool.

Negative: The key card failed every single night. So having to return to reception and get it revalidated each night is irritating. That knowing there was no phone in the vicinity of the card.

Summary: Definitely worth another visit, although quite a way from downtown.

Negative: The pool was closed. The location of the hotel is pretty dangerous if walking alone. Several big housing estate with drug dealers and fires being lit in bins out these estates. Lots of youth hanging around
