Summary: Nice location with the beautiful bamboo park and the zoo just across the road. The 40 sqm room felt spacious and the staff was helpful and friendly, the room was nicely cleaned. The hotel is named New Century but really it feels like stepping into the previous century, it's time to refurbish the rooms. The lobby looks nice though. From time to time there was smell of smoking in the room, not terrible but not very pleasent either. Unsure where it came from. Like many other places in Beijing not all members of the staff speak English. We did not try the breakfast or restaurants at the hotel. There is a Starbucks in the next building with decent sandwiches which is where we had breakfast instead.

Summary: First time staying at Nikko New Century Beijing. Overall stay was good. Well located in Beijing as it not too far from most places to visit in Beijing. Hotel amenities is a bit aged but still acceptable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will stay again for sure when visiting Beijing.

Summary: The staff have a good service and are nice. Their English could be better. We tried to tell them that it was unnecessary to change all 8 towels every day and that they didn't had to in our room but we only caused confusion and still got all everything change each day. The foyer is really pretty but the rooms are more general functional. Our room was a lot of braun. The cafe is too expensive. 150 RMB for breakfast. Their is a big Supermarked 200 meters away.
