Positive: Huge airy room with lightning fast air con .. very quiet for being inside the big town of Masaka ...the room was so spacious and the shower room was huge ...my wfe loved the basin and the mirror (natural tones for putting on make up)..the pics are a 6 the room was a 9 .

Negative: Parking was limited into the secure basement overnight.

Positive: While the hotel is very modern it's very new and there were "technical" glitches. Our AC wouldn't stay on but they brought us a fan and we had no hot water. The staff tried to help as best they could but it was overpriced for what we got. Decent restaurant with cold beer and a filling breakfast.

Negative: Lack of hot water, non functioning AC, and no offer of a reduction in price. Noisy neighbourhood in the evening. Not enough pillows.

Negative: The location... the neighborhood is quite noisy
