Positive: You get what you expect from a European 4 star Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. Rooms are quiet and the beds are good Liked the breakfast, too

Negative: LImited parking space offered by the hotel (although there's a large parking facility just in front)

Positive: Very good location and good breakfast , they also allows us to leave the car in the parking few ours more. 👌🏻

Negative: I requested 1 double bed for more comfort, but we got 2 single beds that keeps separating whole night. Also the checking is too late at 15:00.

Positive: Close to the center, spa access, tourist price included

Negative: I don't really know the reason but on our room 521, there was a bad smell in the room possibly from the bathroom. We where lucky that we haven’t had to stay too much in the room, but definitely they should fix this kind of things. The other problem that we had is that we where not able to use the hotel parking since was full, so we had to park on other public parkings.

Summary: Acceptable, long queues for checking since there was only 1 person working at that hour (15h)

Positive: The staff were incredibly efficient and resolved a few small issues promptly. They went above and beyond. Spa pool and sauna were good. Beds were exceptionally comfortable and there were extra pillows available in the wardrobe, which i always appreciate.

Negative: The lobby bar, which is a very appealing area to relax, was closed the first night. I informed staff that I had been looking forward to spending time there and the second night it was open.

Summary: Great place to relax and close to the shops.
