Summary: Generally a good experience. But, I had a terrible experience with one individual, named Ali, at check in. In all many years of extensive travelling, I have not come c across such a rude and arrogant desk clerk as Ali. When I asked for a little help with setting up Wi Fi, he rudely told me "Just read the card. Haven't you used Wi Fi before?". When he informed me that there is a $10 per hour charge for swimming pool, I said "I never heard of such a thing" (which is true). He responded in the most arrogant and rude manner "Now you have heard it for the first time , OK?" If these questioners mean anything, I like to hear from the hotel informing me that they have followed up with Ali. The rest of the staff were very friendly and nice.

Summary: Hotel is in a great location for about everything and is very walkable. Hotel room is larger than most rooms we’ve experienced in the past. Only drawback at the moment is the renovation occurring in the adjacent property which has construction noise during daytime hours. Otherwise the area is quiet. We would stay here again but would definitely prefer it after construction is completed.

Summary: The hotel is ideally situated. The parking was underneath the hotel but could be a little cheaper. The breakfast was good. The rooms are spacious with all amenities.

Summary: Definitely not worthy of 4 stars. We had booked 2 standard rooms, both smelled like sewage. We had to change rooms 3 times and asked for refund until the management offered us upgraded rooms which were much nicer and cleaner. Rooms are very mediocre and need repairs.

Summary: We decided to stay here because the hotel specified AC. Our room didn’t have AC or it was broken. It made our stay difficult since it was 34 degrees while we stayed.

Summary: We were lucky to get to check in to one room early, when my brother got an allergic reaction, but that did seem to mess with their system and I didn't get the last out of 3 rooms until an hour and a half after check in time. They also had a mixup and wanted me to pay for the city tax twice for 2 of the rooms. Standard it the rooms were a bit worn, but nothing was broken. All rooms had working aircon and fridges and the beds and bedding were nice. They do daily tidying of the rooms but my floor did not get cleaned during the week we stayed. The hotel is VERY centrally places and in walking distance to everything downtown. Both line 1 and line 2 of the tram, pluss bus 5 are just around the corner, so it makes it super easy to get around. It is still out of the restaurant and party zone, so very calm in the evenings. Hotel does have a pool and a sauna, but be aware there are no bathrooms in the pool area. The pool has to be booked for 1 hour time slots and the area fits about 6ish people at a time. We had pool cost included, but for those who don't the price is 10 EUR per person per hour, which we thought was a bit steap for what they are offering. Breakfast buffet was perfectly fine, but not the most interesting.
