Summary: Everything was great until I need to rent kitchen utensils for 5€ a day for a room fully equipped kitchen. That doesn’t make sense to me.. If a room has kitchen, i expect at least cutlery.

Summary: The hotel had good facilities - a large rooftop terrace, gym, cinema room etc. The room was supposed to be cleaned after 2 days, however no cleaning took place - when mentioning this to the reception, they didn't know why that was. Another thing I found strange is the studio apartment I stayed in had a kitchen, but zero kitchen utensils...

Summary: We had a wonderful time at the hotel . It is really a hidden gem. My children loved to stay here. We had three separate bedrooms with own desk, wardrobe, full bed and two bathrooms, kitchen and living room. AC system is perfect ( especially in Europe) . Bathrooms and kitchen were so clean . We wish we knew about the hotel earlier so we would stay here for a whole trip visiting Madrid . Very surprised with kind of great conditions with that price. Just 3 minutes walking to the public transportation and 10 more minutes taking bus to the central area. We will stay at this hotel again when we come back to Madrid next time .

Summary: The hotel has an excellent location, right across from the train station and surrounded by excellent restaurants and a supermarket. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very attentive.
