Positive: Very very kind staff. Great restaurant also. We arrived at 22.30 and they gave chance to have dinner with a smile. I will return back for sure.

Positive: Staff were friendly and helpful when you made enquiries. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean and serviced every day. There were no kettle in the rooms but staff gave me cups of hot water when requested so I could make a green tea. Easy to get into town on the bus. We were in town for an event so didn't really need to spend a lot of time at the hotel. I wish that we had had time to eat at their restaurant which, it seems, is the main star of this small guest house!

Negative: Little things; I would have liked to have been told certain things up front at check in like being offered the wifi code. The pillows in the room were comfortable but there was just one and bedding felt a bit sparse. We were charged for water bottles in the room though there was nothing to indicate that they would be and I assumed that they were complimentary. Breakfast was OK but the protein options could have been better quality e.g. yogurts and cheese. Otherwise it was really only sugar and caffeine.

Summary: A little basic but a clean, pleasant stay to visit this lovely medieval town.
