Summary: The stay was a big disappointment. We stayed in a 5 person room which had blood on the sink and a very dirty toilet. We were moved to a 4 person bedroom with an extra bed. This room had mold on the bathroom ceiling, the water tap in the bathroom was very dirty, full of spiderwebs and because of the extra bed, too small for 5 persons. I was advised to send a mail to the manager, but the manager doesn't care as we did not get any reaction after a mail, a reminder mail and a phonecal to ask for a reaction. We'll never stay here again!! See the pictures of the blood on the sink, the dirty water tap, the spider webs and the mold on the ceilings

Summary: The room was very comfortable and the staff very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay here again. It was great for my family of 5 with 2 under 2 years old.
