Summary: We stayed here after a Hurtigruten cruise. We walked to the hotel from the terminal even though it was a bit of a hike. We also walked to the train station after we checked out. It was very convenient to both. The hotel itself is beautiful. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing!

Summary: The hotel is big with lots of rooms but the rooms are arranged in a way that there are lots of corridors and it may be difficult to locate a room. Rooms are clean and stylish, with reasonable space in this expensive city. Room facilities are also good. However, staff if the reception is not helpful. We asked for their help to call taxi to go to airport on our date of departure but he seemed not willing to do so. Although he agreed to call taxi for us, we eventually waited for half an hour with no taxi coming. The staff was not willing to help us follow up with the taxi company even on our repeated requests. We eventually need to find taxi on the street on our own. Service is a big issue.

Summary: Well located hotel, in the heart of Bergen. Staff were very helpful, cleanliness was perfect and the breakfast was very impressive. Wouldn't hesitate to return. Only thing to be aware of is that the pool is by appointment / booking and subject to a separate charge.

Summary: Nice and stylish hotel. Amazing breakfast. Beware there is a nightclub in the building with thumping music until 2.30 am on weekends. Rooms on third and fourth floors may be affected. Be sure to mention this at check in if you are alight sleeper like me (I was in 425)

Summary: We stayed for 5 nights but the room didn’t have a wardrobe and it hadn’t been cleaned halfway through our stay. On the plus side, the staff were extremely professional and friendly, the bar was excellent and the breakfast surpassed all expectations. The location is perfect and we would return.
