Positive: The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast had a good choice. The staff was friendly and supportive.
Negative: The rooms are in a separate building from the main hotel, so you need to go outside to get to the reception and the swimming pool. The location itself is about 40 min. walk from the town centre.

Positive: incredible facility in such close proximity to the slopes! great value for money!! the swimming pool, jacuzzis, wellness area (steam room, sauna, infrared sauna, and more!!) had so much to offer and was a welcomed relax after a long day of snowboarding. room was massive was a tv and sofa, shower was nice and the view from the balcony was incredible!! would 10/10 recommend.
Summary: incredible value, beautiful resort, ideal location!

Positive: Very nice and clean hotel with typical architecture from the region, the room was spacious, very clean and had a balcony :) This hotel is part of a resort that includes 2 other hotels and the reception is in one of those. By staying there we had access to the indoor swimming pool jacuzzies and saunas in the main building, which is quite relaxing after spending a day outside on cold temperatures (there is no indoor path to access it, you need to take your bathing suit and change in the other building). The breakfast was served in the hotel's restaurant and had a very good variety with what I believe was local specialties (food was delicious). The restaurant gives you the feeling you are in a wooden medieval castle (simply awesome) and the staff was very professional.
Negative: the sofa bed for my child was uncomfortable because it was not fully straight, there was a bump in the middle.
Summary: Very pleasant hotel, perfect for winter holidays.

Positive: I had a great stay! The room was spacious, and the breakfast was good. The swimming pool and sauna area were fantastic, providing a relaxing experience. The location is excellent, just a short walk across the road to the ski area, making it incredibly convenient.
Negative: Staff frequently switched to Polish despite my speaking English, which made communication challenging. I called the reception multiple times, but no one answered. The swimming pool number listed on the phone didn’t work. My room was in a separate building, requiring me to walk outside to ask about the swimming pool and bathrobes, which were not provided in the room.
