Summary: Great hotel. Only thing is there was no ice machine accesible. We had to request from the front desk. But overall great experience!

Summary: Staff is Courteous, professional, service oriented. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Went with friends and occupied a total of three rooms and all were very happy. Hotel is in great location accessible to all areas and AWAY from area usually used for manifestations. Another of our friends stayed in the area of El Ángel or el Paseo de la Reforma and could not leave the area due to a turmoil.

Summary: Great location, clean, friendly staff. Honestly would’ve given 5 stars but the AC in our room didn’t work and it would get uncomfortably hot at night

Summary: Very clean and helpful staff! They recommended good restaurants and the meal voucher for breakfast was very nice, lots of great options. They helped us connect with a nice taxi service that took us throughout Mexico City, greatly recommend!

Summary: This was my third stay at Hotel Novit in ten years. The location is great. The service is consistently great.The room was quiet. The food is always good. I stayed at other hotels in Mexico City but I always enjoy my stay at this hotel. I recommend it!
