Positive: A very good budget hotel in a very good location near the centre of Morogoro. Very big rooms and a comfy bed. Great Wifi and air-conditioning and a huge clean outdoor pool. Lots of hot water. The staff are very friendly and accommodating with any issues. Very good value for the money.
Negative: The bathrooms could do with a little updating.

Positive: Have stayed here numerous times before visiting family and friends in Morogoro. Rooms are large, shower was working correctly this time. Staff friendly. Restaurant is very good for local and Indian/Chinese food.
Negative: No valuables safe in room although you can use the safe in the main office. There is a new night club next door which unfortunately has very loud music playing until late at night. I recommend you ask for a room furthest away from here..ideally room 101 or room 102 furthest away near the pool where the noise is just about bearable. I sadly wouldn't stay here again unless I could be guaranteed use of either of these rooms as the noise it too much in the nearer rooms.

Positive: The food was tasty.
Negative: The hotel is in need of renovation. I stayed in a room where the shower was not functioning properly, the water sprayed onto the walls and ceiling. In addition, there was no soap, shampoo, or shower gel provided. There is a bar opposite the hotel, so the room was noisy.

Positive: A budget hotel with comfy rooms with ensuites overlooking the large pool. The hotel is a little dated but good value for money. Nice breakfast included and just a few minutes walk to the centre of town. Large TV in the bar area with DSTv. Especially liked the pool which was kept very clean. 24 hour security.
