Summary: There are two good reasons to stay at the Hotel Oberhofer - the incredible view and the equally incredible staff! The view from our room 205 was spectacular and to be able to sit out on the balcony and gaze in wonder at it was priceless. The next best thing about this hotel is the staff - they are all so kind, welcoming and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them - and special shout outs to Paolo who rushes about tirelessly making sure every guests needs are met swiftly in the restaurant and the bar, and to Maria who went above and beyond to help us during our stay 🙏 thank you As for the hotel itself, it is modern and spacious, the rooms are large and very comfortable, bed was good, separate bathroom and toilet also nice touch. Undercover parking available too was a bonus. Fantastic pool and sauna/steam rooms and relaxation areas. Only negative points we found were, shower over the bath was not ideal and the shower head bracket was broken meaning it would not stay in place, the sliding doors on the wardrobe were also broken and didn’t run properly to open/close, and the kettle lid was broken and fell off when pouring water but these small items did not spoil our enjoyment of the place and we would definitely 100% return here.

Summary: Great quiet family stay. Spa was nice but needed a little care in places but was still very enjoyable experience. We had a penthouse room which was lovely, excellent views and a private huge patio. There were things like a TV but we never even switched them on. Parking was generally a breeze and very accessible. The kids stayed on a sofa bed which looked comfortable (obviously a premium sofabed) for kids, but as it is a sofa bed, so as adult i wouldn't want to have slept on it. Overall a wonderful stay which I hope to come again. The skiing locally was great dor a young family on their first/second season ski school integrated on the main slopes. But was nothing challenging fora more experienced skier.

Summary: Only thing I didn't like was the parking and some cobwebs in my room. That was a mess. That's the only bad part though. Workers were nice, room was nice(other than the cobwebs in bathroom), breakfast was good. The pool had a good temperature and I had a relaxing time in it. They gave you nice bath robes to wear. Also by far my favorite part: Check out it at 1130!! I would stay again for that fact alone

Summary: There’s nothing more to say other than it was just PERFECT!! I had a quality time of vacation. Town itself was great, hotel and staff were friendly and so nice. I definitely want to visit again and already told friends and family about my experience.

Summary: The view of the mountains was absolutely magnificent! The staff was very helpful. Easy check-in process. It was perfect for our family of 5. There is a grocery store within a 10 min walk. We loved our stay here! The area was great for outdoor activities like paragliding and hiking.

Summary: If you have car, its the best place to stay near Innsbruk. Rooms are big. Great view and weather. Spa and Sauna are just added star. All the staffs are very kind and helpful. Definitely 5 stars.

Summary: Very service friendly and nice personnel. Convenient with garage and elevator to the rooms. Nice pool and relax area. Great view from the balcony. Lacking air condition in our room and slow internet. Other than that very good!
